delivered servive are not the same as described, i expected 2 brand new printer with chargers but some of the accessories found in the box were used not brand new as expected. Attached photo are adapters found in both boxes,same printer model but one adapter is original and the other one is compartible and also have been used before since it has a lot of scratches. I will not recomend to use this supplier at all
